However, some clients come to us with a specific goal which is different from focus of the above listed programs. For example:

• coaching in strategy and seeing how to approach a problem
• sizing a market, feasibility studies, pricing, structuring and managing a consulting study
• fast track to partnership
• first 90 days in a leadership position
• transitioning to consulting from an industry role

In a situation where there is a specific goal that does not fit with any of the major programs above, such coaching falls under general executive coaching program. Within general executive coaching program we tailor program for a specific client.

Here’s the 3-part structure we’re going to use to make the StrategyTraining.com executive coaching even BETTER than any one-on-one program we ever offered …

PART 1 – LIVE SMALL PRIVATE GROUP COACHING SESSIONS (SPG) DURING THE 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD WEEK OF THE MONTH (3 CALLS PER MONTH BUT WEEKS SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

• We also call these results clinics.
• Exclusively for StrategyTraining.com executive coaching clients.
• Guaranteed personalized attention from Michael/Kris for each client who attends a particular session.
• Interactive SPG/touch-point with Michael/Kris, giving individual feedback to participants as they progress through the critical path outlined in the training program, with a goal of progressing towards their goal.
  • You will complete steps of the critical path leading to your goal.
  • We review your progress/your questions during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd week of the month (3 calls per month but weeks are subject to change), and provide personalized feedback.
  • You have an opportunity to get your most critical question answered during the results clinics each month.
  • If you are stuck with implementing the steps in the program, you can get guidance in the SPG.
  • You can call in from a hotel room, airport lounge, or your home office. We will select a time that is the best compromise for the whole group.
  • Regular SPG calls allow you to have consistent feedback as you are progressing through the critical path outlined in the training program.
• Can’t attend some sessions live? Submit your questions to review, we’ll answer them during the results clinic session and you’ll get our feedback in the VIDEO REPLAY.
• Watch us mentor other participants, and learn from them and alongside them.
  • You will see the feedback we offer them and see the progress they make.
  • You are not just learning from your feedback, but from all the members on the call – shorten your learning curve.
  • This is of greater value than you may realize and real breakthroughs often come from an idea triggered by listening to feedback for another participant.
• Troubleshoot your most pressing issues and goals.
• Ensuring participants do not get stuck or stagnate. Clients said they need bi-weekly or at least monthly interaction with us to use our formidable tools and methodologies to help them maximize the results they can achieve. The duration of the sessions depends on what participants need. We schedule 1.5 hours, but the duration depends on the size of the group. We do a proper hot seat with each client at each results clinic. That is why we have more than one group and limited capacity to allow that level of focus and attention. However, if you need to leave early, we can do your hot seat early on in the session.

Vote on time and day of the week options. Approximately Saturday or Sunday 10 am PST on most weeks, so you can take the call in private and without stress. We will pick the best compromise time for everyone, including Michael. We also do our best to have a schedule about 2 months in advance so you can plan.

PART 2 – TRAINING MATERIALS RELEVANT TO CLIENT’S GOAL

• Training lessons relevant to client’s unique goal.
  • This advanced strategy, problem-solving and leadership executive development approaches/methods/steps can be applied to all careers from strategy to operations, to digital, to start-ups, to government. While we are known for helping clients become senior rainmakers in consulting, our executive coaching clients very successfully applied our approaches outside of consulting.
• A clear outcome. Transforming the way YOU think so you can start gaining momentum in your career or business and command attention and respect.
• Complete your work for each step and use small private group coaching sessions (results clinics) to accelerate your progress and results.

PART 3 – CRITICAL PATH TRACKING SHEET

• Technical skills are, in most cases, not enough for fast career progression. Therefore, we also included private 1:1 calls with Kris to focus on softer skills such as executive presence, career strategy, figuring out your competitive and comparative advantage, your primary skill, your life’s work, etc. based on client’s needs. VIP: monthly 55-minute deep dive practice and strategy call with Kris (6 x 55-minutes strategy practice/strategy sessions during the duration of the program). Elite: 1 x 55-minute strategy session with Kris (1 x 55-minutes strategy practice/strategy session during the duration of the program).
