Step 3: Add add-ons as needed.

I highly recommend add-ons (if it is within your budget for this project), if you would like our help in putting together your chapter. You can add OPTIONAL but highly recommended add-ons:

  • Wordsmithing: want us to help you write a great chapter? Use wordsmithing: get a discount by paying in full. You can use it in 2 ways. Option 1: 1-hour call with me based on which we write ~20-30 pages for you based on an input from you, trying to preserve your voice. This saves you a lot of time. We will then provide the first draft of your chapter for you, which you can tweak and adjust as you wish. This can ensure your chapter captures what you want to share, but you don’t have to do all the work writing it out. Option 2: You and I have 1 hour call to figure out what to include in your chapter. You write your chapter and I will personally help you adjust it based on what I would have done in your situation if I was writing it. With this option, the wordsmithing add-on covers my time of doing the call and personally helping you on your chapter.
  • Strategy call with Kris to help you decide what to include in your chapter, given your objectives for your chapter (1 hour).

With wordsmithing, we also highly recommend a strategy call because otherwise, it may be insufficient input for a writer to work with and insufficiently structured/thought through. The strategy call helps you make the most of your chapter given your objectives. Many co-writers for these books are using add-ons. Or you can just pick a strategy call add-on and then write the chapter without the help of a writer/2nd hour of planning with me.

As we mentioned, the upcoming book is designed to focus on leadership. Leadership allows writing about anything related to your professional career/business. Anything you accomplished and any expertise you have can be highlighted from the perspective of leadership lessons.

All participants are naturally incentivized to get support for the book through their network at launch, and thereafter, since the more successful the book, the better for them. Also, keep in mind that the chapter length is meaningful. They are about 15-30 pages, about 280 words per page, per co-author. So you will have enough space to capture what you want to capture. You can also include exhibits which we will professionally design for you.

The book is scheduled for release in 2024 so you will have enough time to complete your chapter and you can ensure you have a guaranteed win in 2024. You can still secure a seat to raise your credibility and reach a global audience.

Our publishing experience

Wordsmithing service involves capturing your knowledge and experience and then our team does the required wordsmithing to structure it into a cohesive chapter.
  7. You don’t know what to write about? Apply for an optional service (at extra cost) to get myself to do a strategy call with you to help you pull the right knowledge and experiences to share from your head so you can position yourself in the best way in your chapter.
  8. We take care of book cover design, typesetting, interior layout, distribution etc.
  9. You get to include a bio (up to 300 words) for your chapter with information about your firm or yourself, including your contact email address and a website link if you choose to do so (recommended to help you build your professional brand).
  10. We will publish it internationally on Amazon.
  11. We will design posters for the book launch for you to use on social media.

How long can my chapter be?

We are aiming for 20-30 average book pages (280 words per page) per author. If your topic requires more pages please email [email protected] and we will try to do our best to accommodate you. Generally, 30 pages is more than enough to include what you want to include, including exhibits which we will professionally design for you.

How long will it take for the book to get published?

We are aiming for 8-12 months release date for each group of authors. Our focus is on working with each author to help them put together a great chapter. We don’t rush our authors just to get something out since we want the book to become an asset for each client for the rest of their life.

What if I can’t write or don’t have the time to write?

We offer guidelines to help you with the outline.

So, no need to worry!! We also offer optional wordsmithing service at extra cost (we interview you to capture your knowledge and experience and we then do the required wordsmithing to prepare the first draft of your chapter, trying to include all the knowledge and experience you wanted to share with the audience, while preserving your voice. You thereafter can make required edits to make the writing your own).

If you want to write your chapter yourself but need help in deciding which knowledge/experiences to share, you can apply for an optional service at extra cost, a strategy session with me (an author of multiple #1 bestselling books), to help you pull the right knowledge and experiences and select what to focus on in your chapter, while following outline guidelines.

I don’t think I’m that successful.
